Cardboard bins to hold 1000 litres of liquids are a new addition to the Quadwall range of products. Manufactured from heavy duty corrugated board, with an internal polythene bag , the bin can easily hold 1000 litres AND have boxes stacked on top as well.
The bag in box assembly arrives flat packed , saving a huge amount of warehouse space. The boxes can come with or without a pallet giving the customer a high degree of flexibility. However all of this type of IBC must be shipped on a pallet.
Once the outer box is erected onto a pallet an inner three ply polythene bag is fitted with a standard two inch top and bottom filling valve . This is the basic bag in box assembly . Once the bag has been filled the top plastic valve is screwed shut and a cardboard lid can be placed on the top of the box . The 1000 litre bag in box is now ready to be palletised and secured for shipment .
